Sometimes I feel alone in the struggle with fear. I truly believe it's part of being a creative - the need to push harder but at times being afraid to. I am a rip the band-aid off kinda girl... that's a good thing at times and not so good other times.
This is a time where we are refining our processes at ARP and getting ready for the next age of our business. It's hard and wonderful at the same time. I think we should kinda get excited about fear because what it does mean is that we're not dead. So if it can push you to improve - embrace it :)
