iPhone photo application giveaway: CrossProcess
Nick Campbell the creator of ShakeitPhoto app, launched his latest iPhone application today. CrossProcess, it's a great new iPhone photography application that produces some very nice toned images.The term Cross Process comes from when you deliberately process color film in a chemical solution that is meant for another type film. This process generates high contrast unnatural colors that give each photo a uniqueness to it. As the name implies this app generates a lot of nice color toning in the images. Depending on which color options you choose the same image can have a lot of tonal variation to it. You can either shoot it normally and select it from your library to process or shoot an image in the app itself for processing. The border you see here is optional.

I've always loved the look of cross processing. Reminds me of all the pics in my parent's albums of me and my brother in the 70's.
Marvel is better than DC 8 out of 10 times.
BUT...
DC has Superman and there isn't much beyond Superman.
BTW: I will be hard pressed to reward a coveted iPhone app code to anyone who doesn't have a photo on their bio page.

I love the shakeitphoto app and this one is cool as well! I love the fact that this one doesn't crop the photos but I like the crossprocess effects. I wish it was usable on my blackberry but... i can email the photos to myself and use them from my iPod touch so it's all good! ;) Kudos once again! :)
