so i was just able to watch this episode (on abc.com). i just had to comment on the scene where the dad sees the picture of the family holding the badge... this is what it is all about! this is why i love what i do. what an amazing way for you guys to see what an impact you have made in these people's lives! they will see this everyday and it will bring such joy. thank you guys for all you do!
