I just had one too! I would say that you should try and fill the weird silence with some music. Music always makes things much more comfortable. Also, where ever you shoot, try to spray some perfume because that can also relax the client. Another thing that worked for me was to just keep talking. Hope that helps :)

I've never really done one - but something I would keep in mind is watching light. I think that lower light or lots of shadow would be nice - back / side light. And if you pose her in an awkward way or something is just not working then do whatever you can to change it. Good luck - can't wait to hear how it goes!
I just assisted at a boudoir session on Sunday. Allison's suggestions for lighting are right on. One of the things I did was a) hold video lights and b) gently fan the model to get a little movement in her hair. A fan wouldn't work as well because the movement would be constant. I used a random piece of foam board, worked like a charm! Hope that helps. :)
