Ladies! Please help us guys out. With Mothers Day looming, I was hoping to hear what your FAVORITE gift of all time was. It doesn't have to be a Mothers Day gift since a gift is a gift. I think this might help out some of our gift challenged fellows.Please comment and post links to your treasured gifts.

This year for mother's day I'm actually giving my mom a photo shoot. She has lost a TON of weight over the past year and has been hinting that she seems to be the only one I haven't taken a photo of (mainly because she's always been so self conscious). So, the week after Mother's Day she and I are going to Mackinac Island and I'm going to take some pictures of her! Hopefully, this way she can see how beautiful she really is! :-)
That's a great idea to give your Mom. Will you make her an album or give her a wall print?

I WAS going to do a combined Mothers Day/25 Anniversary present to my parents and get them a collage gallery wrap of shots from a shoot of the two of them (which hasnt happened yet, which was problem #1). Another problem is that money is tight right now.
Last Christmas, my parents were big on getting us gifts that benefited other people. We had donations made to Heiffer International on our behalf, as well as getting several things such as clothes and art pieces made by people in third world countries who sell those things to support their families. Since we thought that was so cool, my little sister found this website.

Mother's Day themed emails. For a $20 donation to Charity: water, a person is provided clean water for 20 years. For Mother's Day, I think that my two sisters and I are going to give 3 people clean water for 20 years, and mom will get one of these emails as a notification. More likely than not, though, we'll get her a nice card and write notes in it, so that it's a little more personal, but the gift is still the same.
