Friends,
The last three months have literally been a blur. We have met so many awesome people in literally every corner of the US. I am very proud of my better half, Allison Rodgers. She put so much of herself into the program you heard. I was along for the ride as "Hero Support" this time. This was decided early on based on the content we were going to cover. Allison lives this everyday and she could cover the topic MUCH faster than I could. It's not that I don't enjoy talking to an audience, I just need a bit more time to arrive at my point than she does. I like to meander a bit.
This was the very first PPA produced road show and they did an amazing job. Special thanks to our constant companion from PPA -- Christel Aprigliano, she is the Director of Member Value & Experience. She was the person who made sure the show actually happened every night.
The true source for this tour and the entire reason Allison and I are involved with PPA is the man, Scott Kurkian. Scott is the CFO of PPA and founded SMS (studio management services). Through our involvement with SMS we got to know Scott on a personal basis and he has greatly influenced our studio, for the better of course.
About the Slideshow: This was made using Animoto. I uploaded my favorite iPhone pics from our trips and loaded a song by my buddy Jeremy Horn and told it to render. Works like a charm. BTW: Check out this months Animoto ad in Professional Photographer Magazine and Rangefinder. The ad was shot by the talented Jake Morrow ( I will make a post about this later on this week).
Mr. Allison

1. great song by fellow lbobian @jeremyhorn. love that song.
2. thanks for all the shots of architecture. was probably unintentional, but I enjoyed it. :)
Love, Todd
Thank you guys so much for being open and willing to come around our way for the PPA tour! We know God put you all in our lives to learn from. We have already learned so much from you for our studio. We live on L.I. and we keep hearing the old, traditional photographers saying to us "You can't do it like them (ARP), this is the East Coast, not the midwest." (as in, you can't be personal, contemporary, etc). But we believe this is what makes us unique and will ultimately make us stand out in a field dominated here by photographers unwilling to change and grow. Thank you for making yourself available to help newbies like us! :)
