Brian - Listening to the podcast and you mention writing things down and starting folders and making notes etc - You have also previously mentioned a level of disorganization from keeping things in different places. Can I suggest - Evernote - www.evernote.com - it is awesome sauce! You can make notes, set up folders for projects - add screen captures, photographs.. there are apps for iphone and ipad..lots of syncing.. everything in one place.. could be a great tool for you :)

Dropbox has actually been very helpful for me, and it really helped me get all of my writing projects together. I'm hoping Evernote will be helpful with the "I need to write this idea down before I forget it" kind of stuff.
