How my schedule will change after hearing Allison Rodgers!
Last week at IUSA, I called the studio & to check in- I mentioned to my asst. that I was going to go take a class by Allison and Jeff Rodgers that was titled, "Save your business from YOU." - she told me to..."get in that class", that's when I knew I needed it.After seeing the platform talk, I decided that I want to market my business differently & that I want to offer new products and in order to do this, I need to schedule this into the day, and I needed some order to my chaos because my business will not grow and change unless I do. This requires change so that I don't keep getting what I've already got, we're now going to shoot 3 days a week and I'm going to project every weekday. Because I need money to for new marketing pieces (so for me that's how I am going to do it).
I also need administration time (because I tend to procrastinate this). I now know that if I make it apart of my day and do a little everyday then the part of the business that I don't like, doesn't become such an overwhelming task.
Well- anyway- this is what I learned from you Allison, you are successful and I am determined that if you can do it I can too, even if it is slightly modified to your suggestions. :-)

Amanda I am in the same boat as you! I came aways from Allison and Jeff's class at imaging with a clear goal. And that was to get my schedule on paper and stick to it.

Hi, I was at the show and did not get a chance to go to the class. Too new to know better. Anyways I got the link supposedly for the show notes at their booth and cannot access them. I really could use these as after listening to Allison at the SMS booth I am in trouble!!! Can you help?
