Joel Grimes: Commercial Photographer Extraordinaire
Joel Grimes is an artist.This is how Joel describes himself. Not a painter, photographer or illustrator, but an artist. This is the philosophy that drives his photography. He is a internationally sought after commercial photographer. I have been a fan of his work for a while now. Last year I purchased his tutorials on his techniques. I have to say they have been an excellent resource. I have them on my iPad right now and watched one of them just last week. Check them out here: Tutorials.
Joel was gracious enough to come to the lbobi booth at IUSA 2011 to do an interview with us. Sadly the file is unusable due to a technical problem. I can tell you this, it was a GREAT interview. This past week Allison and I were at SPA 2011 in Palm Springs and I got to hang out with Joel some. He is genuinely a great guy, very down to earth.
