I do not like to exercise, there I admit it. The very idea of exercise makes me tired. To me, there is absolutely nothing appealing about it. Yes, I like the way I feel when I am consistently doing some type of exercise. I just do not like the process. All that sweating and not eating what I want, it just sounds like work to me.

Brian LeTendre, my stalwart lbobi Radio co-host, has come up with a brilliant exercise idea. A 3 month long accountability fitness program on the lbobi forum. The idea is to loose 5 pounds a month for the months of June, July and August. Exercise how you want: jog, jazzercise, barrel racing, juggling or whatever. You get the idea. Jump over to the thread Brian has started on the forum and chime in if you want to participate. Tell us what you are doing, encourage others, give exercise tips, whatever. 

Prizes: I don't know yet, but there will be prizes. I will have to see what type gifts I can get the friends of lbobi to pony up. I have a couple things sitting around that I can offer as a carrot for getting you off the couch as well.
