A time-lapse I created using iTimeLapse on the iphone4

At the studio a couple weeks ago we had a all day fundraising event for a sick child. I took Allison's iPhone4 and put it in the Owle Bubo and mounted it on a tripod. I set it out of the way but with a clear view of the lobby and front desk. I then launched iTimeLapse on the iPhone.

In iTimeLapse I set the camera to record 1 shot every 30 seconds for 7 hours. I knew this would be a drain on the battery so I got a short extension cord and plugged the phone in. I let it run all day and it seemed to do well. At the end of the event I took it home and tried to render it out within the app. I was not aware at the time but there were issues with the latest iphone OS and it would not render. I had almost 800 images on the iPhone I needed to get off. After researching the better part of an hour I found out I could go into the "details" section and export the frames to the photo library. This worked fine and it was very easy to open the sequence in Quicktime and save it.

Since this time iTimeLapse has come out with an update that resolves the issues. I have not tried it out to see if this is correct, I am merely stating what I read on their site.

Here is the final video:
Music: Blue Sky by Rabbit!

A shot of the setup.
