This just might be my favorite podcast yet. Brian and I talk about something that I feel very passionate about, engaging with your customers WHERE they are. 

In today's world this means finding out where your customers are online and going there to engage them. Not sitting back hoping that they come to you. This concept is not new. People have been thinking of new ways to bring their "goods" to market since the beginning of time. The only difference is the way you go about doing it. Remember, tomorrow might make todays solutions obsolete so be flexible and adapt.
