1. Important information
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Registration for lbobi™, or becoming a lbobian implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of lbobi™ without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.
2. Delivery
After you have succesfully registered, you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website. Your lbobi™ account will be activated immediately. Once activated, you will have full access to make blog posts, leave comments, watch video tutorials or download items from the Shop.
3. Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to any of our products that you purchase to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our products in any way.
4. Limited Usage of Products
Your lbobi™ membership grants you the right to create blog posts, leave comments, watch video tutorials or purchase items from the Shop for the length of your membership.
5. Unauthorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent.
6. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of lbobi™ and Allison Rodgers Photography. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall lbobi™ be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
7. Warranty and Support
We at lbobi™ do our best to ensure that all our products will be compatible with the largest range of software versions. But we can not guarantee all products will work the same on every computer. If you have any problems whatsoever with any of our products, please contact us to let us know what product you are having issues with. We will do our best to get it fixed and send you an updated product ASAP. To help us provider faster service, please have your order number ready in the email receipt you received after purchase.
